In 1998 we opened a second office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The founder of the agency, David Sullivan, has over thirty years experience in Latin America. The manager of the Rio office, Derrick Guy Phillips, has resided in Brazil for over thirty years and is a court certified translator.
